This Scarborough residence suffered a tragic fire Thanksgiving Eve. We needed to completely remove the existing roof and rebuild the entire second floor. Looking at it now, you would never know the devastation.

Owner Dennis Ganem started out as a laborer in commercial construction right out of high school working in 1982 for C.M. Cimino. Dennis worked his way up in the company to a job supervisor of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. Working in all facets of the company gained Dennis the experience and expertise to venture off on his own. Dennis and his crew are happy to work with your subcontractors or if you prefer can bring in our own trusted subcontractors for any need.
